.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the N central Atlantic 
will maintain moderate to fresh trade winds through Tue night. A
broad trough will develop NE of the area along 60W Wed, and 
migrated westward to near 65W Thu. The trough is expected to be 
accompanied by scattered showers and thunderstorms.
