.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough over the far southeastern Caribbean 
will move across the eastern Caribbean through Tue evening while
weakening. Another trough will move from east to west across
the forecast Atlantic waters through Mon evening. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected with these
troughs. Otherwise, gentle to moderate trades will continue 
across the forecast waters through Thu night.
