.SYNOPSIS...A dissipating stationary front extending
northeastward from the Virgin Islands will become a trough by
late tonight. A weakening cold front will slowly pass S through 
the area Wed and Wed night. Large N swell will begin to arrive on
Wed through Thu night. The swell will begin to decay on Fri.
