.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure ridge will persist E to W
along 28N today to maintain fresh to locally strong trades 
across the area. Strong high pressure across the NW Atlantic
will then build S across the region tonight through Tue night to
produce strong NE winds and high seas across the regional waters.
