.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure ridge will persist E to W
along 27N-28N through Sunday to maintain fresh to locally strong
trades across the area. Strong high pressure across the NW
Atlantic will then build S across the region Sunday through Tue 
night to produce strong NE winds across the regional waters.
