strong ENE Thu through Fri as strong high pressure shifts off
the mid Atlantic coast of the U.S. A cold front will stall E to 
W along 21N-22N Sat and Sun with gale force winds prevailing 
along and N of front and strong to near gale force winds across 
local Atlc waters.
