.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from 26N65W to NW Haiti and 
the Windward Passage will gradually weaken and dissipate through
Tuesday afternoon. Large NW swell will merge with large E swell 
across the area, including Atlc passages through the upcoming 
week.
