.SYNOPSIS...E Atlantic high pres ridge will support moderate 
trade winds across the region through Sat night. Deepening low 
pres will move NE from the northern Bahamas to offshore of the 
Carolinas Wed through Wed night then deepen rapidly with 
hurricane force winds across the NW Atlc Thu through Thu night. 
Associated large NW swell will arrive in Atlc waters late Fri 
through Sun.
