.SYNOPSIS...High pressure building eastward across the western 
Atlantic this weekend will support moderate to fresh trade winds
across local waters through Monday. Subsiding N swell will 
continue into tonight through the Atlantic waters. A new set of 
N swell will move through the Atlantic waters beginning on 
Monday night.
