.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate SE winds will diminish slightly
through tonight as a front stalls just NW of the area weakening
the pressure gradient. The front will then move eastward by mid-
week, dissipating just N of the area. More typical moderate to
fresh trades will return for the end of the week into the
weekend.

Moderate to fresh trades will resume on Thu night.
