.SYNOPSIS...Moderate S to SW winds will prevail through the day 
as an elongated trough extends from Hispaniola to the adjacent 
waters within 230 nm north of Puerto Rico. Winds will slowly back
to SE and E early next week as the trough drifts E and weakens.
