.SYNOPSIS...An Atlantic cold front will stall overnight from
near 26N68W to the Windward Passage, while a pre-frontal trough 
with active weather meanders from the Mona Passage northward.
High pres across the NE Atlantic will build SW and push both of 
these features W late Tue through Sat. Expect gentle to moderate
NE to E tradewinds Tue through the remainder of the week.
