.SYNOPSIS...A NE to SW aligned trough over the eastern Dominican
Republic will support scattered showers and thunderstorms across
the regional waters through tonight as it shifts slowly W away 
from the area. Otherwise, moderate easterly winds will prevail 
across the local waters during the next few days. Winds will veer
E to SE Sun and Mon as a new cold front enters the W Atlc.
