.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the NW Atlantic will weaken
through Thu. A weak inverted trough extending from 26N60W to
just N of the local area will shift W of the area tonight 
through Wed, allowing moderate E to SE winds to dominate regional
waters Wed through the weekend. A cold front will reach the SE 
Bahamas by Fri before stalling and dissipating.
