.SYNOPSIS...Broad Atlantic ridge extends from the eastern 
Atlantic WSW to near 25N70W and is interacting with a tropical 
wave across the eastern Caribbean along 77W resulting in fresh 
to strong E to SE trade winds. The ridge will weaken locally 
Friday through Saturday night allowing for the winds to becoming
E and diminish slightly. These winds will then diminish further 
through early next week.
