.SYNOPSIS...Broad Atlantic ridge extends from the eastern 
Atlantic WSW to near 25N70W and is interacting with a tropical 
wave across the eastern Caribbean along 73W resulting in fresh 
to strong ESE trade winds. The ridge will weaken locally Friday 
through Saturday night allowing for the winds to becoming E and 
diminish slightly. These winds will then diminish further through
early next week.
