.SYNOPSIS...Broad Atlantic ridge extends from E Atlantic WSW to 
near 25N70W and is combining with two tropical waves across the 
central Caribbean to produce fresh to strong ESE tradewinds 
today. The ridge will weaken locally Fri through Sat with winds
becoming E and weakening slightly, then persisting through Mon.
