.SYNOPSIS...Moderate SE winds will prevail through Monday
afternoon, behind a tropical wave currently along 71W-72W that
will exit the region this evening. Fresh easterly trades will
return to the area Monday night through Wednesday night. The next 
tropical wave will reach the local region Wed night.
