.SYNOPSIS...SE winds will be slightly stronger today with some 
areas in a small craft exercise caution with a tropical wave 
approaching. The tropical wave is expected to move through today 
into Tuesday, bringing an enhancement of showers and thunderstorms
to the region. By late Tuesday, more seasonable easterly winds will
push into the region.
