mb at 11 AM EDT moving NW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 
100 kt with gusts to 120 kt. Maria is forecast to reach near 
21.0N 69.9W at 8 PM EDT this evening, and near 22.2N 70.7W at 8 
AM EDT Fri. Moderate to locally fresh trades will return across 
the area by Sun evening. Strong nocturnal trades will resume 
along the NW coast of Vene
