917 mb at 5 AM EDT moving NW at 9 kt. Maximum sustained winds are
135 kt gusts 165 kt. Maria is forecast to move inland over Puerto
Rico near 18.6N 66.7W this afternoon, then N of the Mona Passage 
near 19.5N 68.2W tonight, near the Turks and Caicos Islands at 
20.5N 69.4W Thu afternoon, 21.5N 70.5W Thu night, and 24.2N 72.0W
Fri night before continuing N of area through Sun.
