.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Maria is centered near 13.0N 54.9W 
994 mb at 5 AM EDT moving WNW at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds 
are 55 kt gusts to 65 kt. Maria is forecast to gradually 
strengthen to a hurricane while moving to 13.7N 56.5W Sun 
afternoon, 14.5N 58.3W Sun night, 15.2N 60.0W Mon afternoon, 
enter into the far NE Caribbean near 15.8N 61.3W Mon night, then 
continue to 17.0N 64.0W Tue night. Maria will move toward Puerto 
Rico by late Wed, then continue to the N of Hispaniola through 
late Thu.
