.SYNOPSIS...A gentle to moderate to southeasterly wind flow
will prevail through the next few days. A tropical wave will
cross the area tonight. A second, stronger tropical wave and 
associated low pressure may develop into a tropical cyclone in 
the next couple of days, and possibly reach the region by mid 
week.
