.SYNOPSIS...A gentle to moderate southeasterly wind flow will
prevail for the rest of the week across the local waters in 
response to Hurricane Jose across the Western Atlantic. Seas will
increase on Wed when Jose makes a loop over the western Atlantic
and brings a northerly swell to the local waters.
