.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Jose near 20.8N 64.5W, at 5 AM EDT, 944 mb
moving NW at 14 kt. Maximum sustained winds 115 kt gusts to 140 
kt. Jose will move to 22.2N 66.1W this afternoon, 24.2N 67.9W 
tonight, then continue N of the area. A weak pressure pattern 
will continue across the Caribbean through mid week.
