.SYNOPSIS...Major Hurricane Irma near 22.5N 78.8W 930 mb at 5 AM 
EDT moving WNW at 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds 135 kt gusts 165
kt. Irma will continue moving toward the Straits of Florida 
through today, supporting strong winds S of Cuba over the Windward
Passage, with seas of 8 to 10 ft. Farther E, Major Hurricane Jose
near 17.5N 60.3W 940 mb moving WNW at 11 kt. Maximum sustained 
winds 130 kt gusts to 160 kt. Jose will move to 18.4N 61.8W this
afternoon as it approaches the northern Leeward Islands, then on 
to 21.5N 65.9W Sun afternoon. Jose will continue to 23.1N 67.6W 
Mon morning. Jose will continue to move slowly to the N then NE 
over the following couple of days, NE of the Bahamas and S of 
Bermuda.
