EDT moving WNW at 14 kt. Maximum sustained winds 155 kt gusts
190 kt. Irma is forecast to continue WNW today and just offshore
of Hispaniola, reaching near 20.7N 70.5W this afternoon, near 
21.7N 73.1W tonight, then continue WNW between Cuba and the 
Bahamas Fri through Sat. Hurricane Jose near 14.8N 49.1W 986 mb
at 5 AM EDT moving WNW at 16 kt. Maximum sustained winds 80 kt 
gusts 100 kt. Jose is forecast to continue WNW while gradually 
strengthening, reaching near 15.2N 51.5W this afternoon, near 
15.8N 54.7W tonight, near 16.4N 57.5W Fri afternoon, then turn 
more NW to near 17.2N 59.5W Fri night, and approach the SW N 
Atlantic near 19.3N 62.0W Sat night, then move to near 23.0N 
67.0W Sun night before turning N through Mon.
