.SYNOPSIS...Major Hurricane Irma near 18.2N 64.0W 918 mb at 1500Z
moving WNW or 285 deg at 14 kt. Maximum sustained winds 160 kt 
gusts 195 kt. Irma is forecast to continue WNW and reach near 
19.0N 66.2W this evening, near 20.2N 69.0W Thu morning, then into
the southern Bahamas and Turks/Caicos near 21.2N 71.7W Thu 
evening. Irma will continue to 21.9N 74.2W Fri morning, 22.9N
78.1W Sat morning, then into South Florida through Sun. Farther
east, Tropical Storm Jose near 13.1N 44.5W 998 mb at 1500Z moving
WNW at 15 kt. Maximum sustained winds near 60 kt with gusts to 75
kt. Jose is forecast to continue WNW and intensify to a hurricane
near 14.3N 49.7W this evening, reaching 15.4N 55.3W by Fri 
morning and 17.3N 58.9W E of the Leeward Islands Sat morning 
before continuing NW to the NE of the Leewards through Sun night.
