.SYNOPSIS...Major Hurricane Irma near 17.9N 62.6W 914 mb at
0900Z moving WNW or 285 deg at 14 kt. Maximum sustained winds
160 kt gusts 195 kt. Irma is forecast to continue WNW and reach
near 18.6N 64.6W this afternoon, move just N of Puerto Rico and
reach near 19.6N 67.3W tonight, near 20.6N 70.0W Thu afternoon, 
near 21.3N 72.5W Thu night and exit the region near 22.5N 77.0W 
Fri night. Large E and NE swells are spreading into the area
waters this morning and will increase through Thu ahead of Irma. 
Tropical Storm Jose near 12.5N 42.8W 1002 mb AT 0900Z moving W 
at 11 kt. Maximum sustained winds 50 kt gusts 60 kt. Jose is
forecast to move WNW and strengthen to a hurricane near 13.7N 
48.0W tonight, reaching near 14.9N 53.7W Thu night, then
gradually veer NNW and pass just NE of the Leeward Islands Fri
through Sun.
