UTC moving W at 12 kt with maximum sustained winds 155 kt gusts to
190 kt. Irma will being to turn more WNW today and reach near 
17.2N 60.3W this evening, near 18.1N 63.0W early Wed, near 19.1N 
65.9W Wed evening, near 20.1N 68.1W Thu morning, near 21.4N 74.0W
Fri morning, then into the Straits of Florida near 22.7N 78.3W 
Sat morning before turning NW Sun. Farther east, Tropical Storm
Jose near 12.3N 39.1W AT 1500 UTC will move WNW and strengthen 
through mid week, reaching 16.0N 55.0W by Fri morning as a
hurricane, then moving to 18.5N 59.0W by Sat morning, and 21.5N
62.5W by Sun morning.
