.SYNOPSIS..Major hurricane Irma located at 16.6N 57.0W 937 mb at
0900 UTC moving W at 12 kt with maximum sustained winds 130 kt 
gusts to 160 kt. Irma will being to turn more WNW today and reach
near 17.0N 58.9W this afternoon, near 17.7N 61.5W tonight, near 
18.6N 64.2W Wed afternoon, near 19.6N 67.0W Wed night, near 21.2N
72.5W Thu night, then move WNW between the Bahamas and Cuba Fri.
Large E swell will begin to move into area waters today with the
leading edge of strong winds and squalls expected to reach the
Virgin Islands early tonight in advance of Irma.
