.SYNOPSIS..Building NE to E swells will propagate W across the 
Atlc waters today well ahead of tropical storm force and 
stronger winds that will shift W across the tropical waters S of 
21N on Tue in association with major Hurricane Irma. Irma is 
forecast to reach a position near 17.0N 58.6W Tue afternoon, 
near 17.8N 61.2W Tue night, near 19.6N 66.8W Wed night, exit the
area reaching near 21.0N 72.0W Thursday night, then near 22.0N 
76.5W Fri night.

.TODAY...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 7 ft in E swell. 
Isolated thunderstorms.
