tropical waters S of 22N through Mon ahead of tropical storm 
force and greater conditions that will shift W across the 
tropical waters S of 21N through mid week in association with 
Hurricane Irma. Irma is forecast to reach a position near 17.4N 
59.6W Tuesday evening, near 19.3N 65.0W Wednesday evening, near 
21.2N 70.2W Thursday evening, then near 22.8N 74.5W Fri evening.
