force and greater conditions that will shift W across the 
tropical waters S of 21N through mid week in association with 
Hurricane Irma. Irma is forecast to reach a position near 17.3N 
58.2W Tuesday afternoon, near 19.1N 63.5W Wednesday afternoon, 
move near 21.2N 68.8W by Thursday afternoon, then near 23.0N
73.5W Fri afternoon.
