through noon on Tue as a weak ridge remains centered across the 
W central Atlc. Moderate long period NNE swell will continue to 
affect the area waters through this evening. Hurricane Irma will
approach the local waters Wed, reaching near 17.8N 60.6W Tue
night, enter the regional Atlc waters near 20.0N 66.0W Wed 
night, then exit the area reaching near 22.5N 71.5W Thu night.
