through Tue as a weak ridge remains centered across the W
central Atlc. Moderate long period NNE swell will affect the 
area waters this afternoon through late Sun. Hurricane Irma will 
approach the waters of the Leeward Islands Tue night, near 17.4N
56.0W early Tue, and near 19.2N 60.6W early Wed as a major 
hurricane.
