.SYNOPSIS...Mainly gentle to moderate trades will prevail 
through Tue as a weak ridge remains centered across the W central
Atlc. Moderate long period NNE swell will affect the area waters
this afternoon through late Sun. Hurricane Irma will approach 
the waters of the Leeward Islands Tue night, reaching near 18.4N 
59.3W, and continue WNW and reach near 21.0N 64.5W Wed night as a
major hurricane.
