.SYNOPSIS...The low pressure remnant of Tropical Depression 
Harvey is centered near 14.3N 71.8W and will move W across the 
Central Caribbean Sea and exit the region tonight. Hazardous 
seas, squalls and Tstorms will spread W across the Atlantic 
waters W of 60W through Monday as a strong tropical wave NE of 
the Leeward Islands passes across the area.
