.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Harvey is centered near 14.1N 
70.0W will move WNW across the Caribbean Sea, passing well S of 
Hispaniola tonight. Hazardous seas, squalls and Tstorms will 
continue to spread W across the Atlantic waters through Monday 
as a strong tropical wave NE of the Leeward Islands passes across 
the area.
