.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is centered near 13.8N 65.9W
1005 mb at 0900 UTC moving W at 18 kt. Maximum sustained winds
are 35 kt with gusts to 45 kt. Harvey will continue W to WNW
across the southern Caribbean, passing S of the local 
area, but bringing strong winds and seas to the local Caribbean 
waters. A tropical low currently across the central Atlc will 
pass just N of the local area late Sat through Sun.
