.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey near 13.1N 59.1W moving W at 
16 kt at 0900 UTC will move across the Windward Islands this 
morning and through the eastern and central Caribbean Fri night 
through Sun, passing well S of the local area, but bringing 
strong winds and seas to the local Caribbean waters. Another 
tropical low currently across the central Atlc will pass just N 
of the local area Late Sat through Sun.
