.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave in the Mona Passage will move W of
the region today, accompanied by fresh winds, seas to 8 ft and
scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. Low pres in the
tropical Atlc will move into the eastern Caribbean Fri, possibly
as a tropical cyclone, bringing strong winds and seas to the
Caribbean waters south of Puerto Rico Sat. Winds and seas
diminish through early next week as the low pres moves W of the
region.
