.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the central Atlantic will 
produce moderate to locally fresh easterly winds through the 
week. A strong tropical wave will move quickly across the 
local region tonight through late Thu and produce very active
and squally weather. A tropical low pressure system will move 
across the eastern Caribbean Friday afternoon through Saturday.
