.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the central Atlantic will 
produce moderate to locally fresh easterly winds through the 
week. A tropical wave is forecast to enter the eastern Caribbean 
Sea this morning and move across the eastern Caribbean through 
Thursday afternoon increasing showers and thunderstorms across 
the regional waters. The next tropical wave or low pressure 
system will move across the eastern Caribbean Friday afternoon 
through Saturday night. Fresh to strong winds, locally gusty at 
times, will accompany this system along with scattered to 
numerous showers and thunderstorms.
