.SYNOPSIS...The Atlc high pressure ridge extends from the 
central Atlantic to the E Gulf of Mexico along 27N and will 
produce moderate to locally fresh easterly winds locally through
the week. A strong and broad tropical wave will move quickly across
the NE Caribbean and local area Wednesday through Thursday 
morning. The next tropical wave will move across the local region
Friday night through Saturday.
