.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to locally fresh easterly winds will continue through 
the week, as high pressure ridge builds across the northeastern 
Caribbean. The next tropical wave is forecast to move across the 
local region late tonight into early Tuesday. This tropical wave 
could bring an increase in shower and thunderstorm activity over 
the waters overnight tonight.
