.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will continue across the central 
Atlantic, but is expected to weaken and slowly lift northward 
through the weekend. A surface trough with weak low pressure NE 
of the area will enhance the shower and thunderstorm activity 
across the local waters today and tonight.
