.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure across the central Atlantic
will continue to promote a moderate easterly wind flow across 
the regional waters during the rest of the weekend. A tropical 
wave will bring an increase in Caribbean winds and seas late 
Monday and Tue. Stronger winds and building seas will follow over
Atlc waters by Thu.
