.SYNOPSIS...High pres north of the area will maintain moderate 
to locally fresh trade winds across the region through midweek. 
Tropical Storm Bret near latitude 10 North and longitude 62 West
is forecast to move across the Caribbean Sea through Wednesday. 
This will increase winds and the potential for showers and 
thunderstorms along with hazardous seas across much of the 
regional waters and passages.
