.SYNOPSIS...High pres north of the area will maintain moderate 
to locally fresh trade winds across the region through midweek. 
Two tropical waves are forecast to move across the eastern 
Caribbean through Wed. This will lead to increasing trade winds,
showers and choppy seas across much of the regional waters and 
local passages.
